CURRENT PROJECTS:
Modesto Sunrise Rotary- through the Boyett Petroleum “Make Dreams Real Fund” donation the following programs are supported: Student Mentoring Bret Harte School and Hanshaw Middle School, Christmas Elves, 3rd Grade Dictionary Modesto City Schools, Salvation Army Breakfast, Central West Ballet, Modesto Symphony, Gallo Arts, Kids Works-Memorial Hospital
SCOE, Stanislaus County Office of Education – 6th Grade Science/Conservation Camp Matching Grant
Recent budget cuts to schools county-wide resulted in the cancellation of 6th grade students attending science/conservation camp at Foothill Horizons, Sonora, CA .
The Foothills Horizon program offers a once in a lifetime opportunity for many students to experience wild animals, team building skills, science in a natural setting, being away from home and so many more character building moments.
“Make Dreams Real Fund” will work with individual schools to match funds with PTA’s to enable 6th graders to attend camp.

MDRF does not have an official grant application form at this time. Please don’t hesitate to contact a Board Member or communicate through this site to submit your innovative program or idea for improving the quality of life of children in our community.
FUTURE PROJECTS
MDRF looks forward to sparking the energy in community leaders and innovators to create unique, effective opportunities for children K-12 that will endow the children with the ability to thrive in our world.
